Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Extasticks for kids.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 30 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn´t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

The process to request the refund / return is as follows:

1 – You can manage it from your Extasticks account, clicking on the number order. Or you can request the refund/return communicating with us by Phone +1 (954) 3573890 or email us at returns@extasticks.com.

2 – In the message you have to indicate us what is the reason of your request, indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund and which is the address to pick up the product.

3 – You obtained a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us with a shipping label to attach both to your shipment.

4 – Pack the goods safely in a box
– Include the shipping label in the address part of the package, covering any previous shipping address or barcode without covering any other sides.
– Use the shipping address detailed in the Shipping labels and add the corresponding amount
– Send the package from the post office or nearest carrier

Shipping charges

Items in good condition
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable for products which was received in good conditions.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Extasticks for kids.

Damaged items
If the cause of the refund is because you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance, we are responsible for the shipping costs or any other cost linked to the return.

The default transit time is 4 – 15 business day.

International:
The transit time for international orders is 3 – 6 weeks.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or
